Regarding the charging process, ensure to charge the device for 2-3 hours until it is fully charged. The indicator light will turn red while charging and switch to white when the charging is complete. If the indicator light does not turn on, try using a different charging cable.

After charging, remove the cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn the device on. It will not turn on with a single click or multiple clicks.

The dispenser offers two soap amount options: Low (0.6g per dispense) and High (1g per dispense). The smart amount adjustment feature allows you to simply move your hand to the desired area to select the preferred soap quantity, without any additional setup steps. The low amount area is within 0-3cm from the sensor, and the high amount area is 3-6cm from the sensor. Ensure that the horizontal plane of your palm is within the sensing distance for the best results. Placing your entire palm in the low soap area may cause soap residue and hinder the sensor's performance.

The LAOPAO Soap Dispenser is rechargeable with a built-in 1500mAh battery, eliminating the need for replaceable batteries. A Type-C charging cable is included in the package, offering versatility as it can be used with other devices like phones and tablets.

The dispenser boasts IPX5 water resistance, protecting it from moisture during daily use. The charging socket on the backside is also safeguarded by a silicone plug.

To initiate the self-cleaning mode, quickly click the power button twice. This mode will release soap for 20 seconds to clean the inside tube. For best results, we recommend using warm water instead of soap to avoid waste.

For the perfect foam, you can use either foam soap or diluted liquid soap. Pour the foam soap directly into the reservoir. For diluted liquid soap, mix it with four parts water to create a rich foam. Avoid using undiluted liquid soap, as it may not foam properly and could potentially clog the dispenser.
