This soap dispenser is rechargeable, featuring a built-in 800mAh battery, so there's no need to replace the battery. When the battery is low, the motor may not work even if the sensor can detect motion. If the motor noise is low or nonexistent, please charge the soap dispenser first. Make sure to charge it for 2-3 hours until it's fully charged. The indicator light will turn red when charging and white when fully charged. If the indicator doesn't light up, try charging it with a different cable.

After charging, remove the charging cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn on the dispenser. A single click or multiple clicks will not turn it on.

You can use both foam soap and liquid soap with this dispenser. For liquid soap, dilute it with 4 parts water to create the perfect foam.
